**** Update

Ok so I went checked out the car after my first post and I'm thinking the therm may be stuck!! Allow me to explain and lemme know if I'm wrong.

Car ran great when cold, drove it 2 mabye 3 miles. Came to a stop, when I accelerated, almost nothing. So "AH-HA!!" now we can diagnose the prob. I pull over and pop the hood I'm looking for this and that, any vacuume leak, ect. Then the fan kicks in and I notice that the air comming off the Rad is cold! I get in the car and see the heat is way up into the top 1/4. Get back out of the car and I hear a hissing noise, there is fluid comming from either the therm housing, the coolant line to the TB or ( gasp) bewteen the block and the head!!! Chance in hell that after replacing the thermo and coolant this car will run worth a crap?? Or Am I looking at a new head gasket?
