Just wondering what are the average spring rates for a forgiving ride on the street?

I currently have Eibach Pro kit springs on my civic and they ride pretty close to stock but I have no idea what the spring rates on them are.

I've been looking around and came across a set of springs that are rated at 8kg/6kg F/R spring rate and was wondering how big of a difference there is between stock, Pro-kit, and the springs i was looking at. Thanks.
