Hi,
A friend of mine has a Honda Diesel and lives in a very cold winter climate and does NOT need engine block warmer. I also noticed when you turn the ignition key to "contact" it takes only a second or two to have the symbol for "ready start" disappear (indicating you can start the engine).
I really hope we get it here....
