I hope they revamp the packaging with the updated art ... with a white box style like Cybertron and upcoming Alternators.

I also hope they keep the distribution of these toys to TRU. I'd hate to see reissues clogging Targets and Walmarts around the nation.

I'm excited and not excited at the same time.

I want to see reissues again, I can't wait to see what's brought over. Remember, we got a LOAD of things the Japanese didn't in the TFC. (Red Alert, Hoist, Grapple, Skywarp, Thundercracker, Ultra Magnus, Dirge, Rodimus Prime) What does that mean? Will we finish off the jets with Ramjet and Thrust? How about bringing over Soundwave?

I was into TRU G1's only because that's all I could afford at the time. Now that I'm into the Takara's, I don't see anything the TRU version can give me besides the same toy ... in an ugly box. I'm assuming the TRU reissues will be Takara leftovers (for now) ... but if Hasbro doesn't fix their HORRIBLE means of releaseing reissues ... these will clog shelves for years. This is what went wrong last time ...

Liquid Pricing - Not every toy had a standard price. The normal sized TFs started at $17.99, then went up to $29.99, then back down to $24.99. Then some stayed at $24.99, some were being sold at $16.99 ... and this case would vary from store to store ... VERY ANNOYING.

Repaint Madness - There was no need to reissue Prowl, Silverstreak, and Smokescreen within months of each other. On top of that mess, they did Grapple and Inferno. At one point, you had 3 nearly identical jets, 3 cars, and 2 trucks on the shelf. The toys looked identical to the common person.
