Neonknight0311 you are part right on fluid thing. Silicone can NOT be used for Oil or Fuel Applications. It can however be used for Coolant Hose like you said that you bought it for radiator hoses. It could also be used for Wiper fluid.

Messing with the vacuum lines. Did you know that stock vacuum lines can be the first place a mechanic looks for problems. The stock rubber can dry rot very quickly. Thus causing leaks in the vacuum lines. These leaks can be major cause to performance level of your car. Especially if you are running a Turbo. Vacuum lines should be checked on a regular basis. Look for cracks or flaky rubber especially at the connection point or wherever the hose takes sharp bends. Silicone is the best replacement.
