Thanks I just posted a quiestion on there.

Here it is again if anyone knows the answer to it.....................
So does the lower arm bring the tire in a little(ingalls). I have a rim that is barely clearing the fender with it being stock. If I put the SPC on top it will bring the rim out a little. So if I put the ingalls on the bottom I can bring the rim in a little? is this how it works?
