18 keys on the right (G keys) are user programmable on the fly (even in game). You get 3 sets so total of 54 keys. The switch above the F2/F3 key disables the window and the right click keys. LCD can display info about your weapons (ammo status, etc).

Usually I don't bother with "gaming" keyboards but this one lives up to the hype.

Logitech G15 gaming keyboard $80bucks
