Your ECU is still thinking that you are running the stock size injectors. That is why you are having issues with it bogging.
Sounds like you should have done your homework before bolting a new set of larger, and probably pointless set of injectors in. You may be able to use a VAFC to lean out the mixture a little, but I only recommend that you have someone who knows what they are doing do it for you.
My best advice is to pull those injectors out, put the stock ones back in, and then sell them.
