Are they larger injectors than what you had before? If so, and you didn't change the ECM settings, your engine is running very rich. You ECM sends a signal to keep your injectors open. With two injectors open for the same amount of time, the bigger injector will dump more fuel. You would need to adjust that signal to make the "duty cycle" or how long the injector stays open, shorter on the low rpm end.
