Nope, that's transmission fluid.

What the OP needs is the location of the bleed screw for the clutch hydraulic system. The screw is at the base of the slave cylinder, opposite where the hard line comes in at the top of the cylinder housing.

Be sure to protect the lower painted section of the front bumper; the brake fluid used will ruin it given a chance.
