The only Integra to use a twin turbo setup was the Apex'i Integration IDRC Drag Integra. The plumbing was a nightmare and I doubt it would even fit in the crowded engine bay of a third-gen Integra.
And in the end, modern turbo design has made such setups pointless. A single turbo can spool fully by 2500 rpm on a 2 liter motor and still flow 250 to 300 hp worth of air.
In short, don't bother.
