Default 2005 accord lx tranny knocking noise?!?

I recently bought a 2005 accord LX I4.. Here's the deal about 2 weeks after purchasing the car i noticed a knock when shifting from drive to reverse.. its an immediate knock.. and from reverse to drive it has a slight delay.. you go into drive and about 3 seconds later you hear a loud click from the front end.. i thought it might have a transmission problem.. so i take it back to the dealer i bought the car from.. and they say i have to leave it with them during the week so they can speak to their "tech line" about it.. what a crock of bullshit..

Anyway i leave the car with them for a few days.. and they change the Linear solenoid.. They tell me its fixed.. i pick it up and still have the same problem.. so this time i talk to the service manager and leave the car with them for a week.. They actually changed the transmission (So they say) i really cant tell because everyting looks brand new anyway..

Still have the same problem.. so now i talk to the shop foreman who has supposedly been working on hondas for over 20 years.. and he tells me that this is completely normal.. its just the gears meshing..

This sounds like more then a mesh to me.. when going from drive to reverse its an immediate bang sort of.. and from reverse to drive its a delayed click..

Anyway.. i need some help here.. Anyone with a semi new honda do you hear any noise coming from the front end when shifting?? i really doubt this is normal because i didnt notice any noise for the first two weeks of driving it..

Im considering hireing a lawyer to file a lemon law suit against these people

you know some sort of noise coming from tranny shifting might be normal on something 10-20 years old but something brand new?! i cant believe that
