in california it is illegal to put an older engine in to your car. the cable tranny B16s are the 1st gen B16s and are over 12 years old. they came in the 2nd gen integra and 4th gen civic SiRs. HASport makes kits to put these older engines into the EGs. Get the hydrolic B16a SiRII. you won't need the kit to swap it. Don't get an ancient engine(SiR1) that you don't know the history about.
