The blow off valve flange needs to be welded to the upper charge pipe. Then you attach the blow off valve. His uses a circlip which is a total bitch to install and mine uses two mounting bolts. Then you run a vaccum line from the FPR to the blow off valve. His isn't adjustable, but mine is. There is a little screw on the top of mine that turns and adjusts spring tension.
