Default fuel tank question

Hey, can anyone tell me what kind of bolts are used for the fuel tank of '88-'91 Honda Civic sedans? I have a '90 Civic DX sedan and have to replace the fuel tank. The bolts from the old tank are too rusty to re-use so I wanted to get new bolts. The problem is no one knows which ones and I need my car so I don't want to take everything apart until I have the new bolts. The rear seats are already disassembled.

I called the local Honda dealership but even in the parts dept., I was told to contact the local Hardware store. None have been able to help. I plan to visit the dealership in person and get someone in Parts to hoist the car up and find out! I'm curious if anyone here knows though and/or had to perform this repair.

There is a gas leak in the old tank and it's at the seams so I have to put in the replacement tank, ASAP. I have a replacement tank I picked up from a wrecker and bought the straps already.

In the Helms manual I have, there's a diagram that illustrates bolts for:
1) Drain Bolt
2) bolt for Fuel Hose Protector
3) One other bolt (?) that appears of similar size to the fuel hose protector bolt

Isn't there a fuel tank parts kit that I should be able to order from Honda?!? If a customer ordered a fuel tank from Honda, wouldn't it include the bolts in a bag or box?

Thanks in advance for any information or advice.
