The other day my 99 accord started hesitating on me and it would NOT go over 4k rpm so I had to granny shift everywhere. Anyway, I just got back from the dealer and her said it's my VTEc Sylenoid Valve. I figured it had something to do with my VTEC. I asked him to sell it to me and I'll just put it in my DAMN self and he refused. Said it was special order and they had to do the job.

HOW COMMON IS THIS PROBLEM????
