Don't quote me on it, but I do believe that the hangers are in the same position, the only difference as you know, is the length of the cat.
I am sure that if you got the exhaust, cat, and downpipe from a 94-99 GSR, it should bolt up fine, but what would you do before you actually have the turbo kit installed?
