You also have to keep in mind that the exhaust will be super loud when you are N/A but once the turbo goes on, it will silence it a lot.
i know you said to get the LS kit and get the skunk 2 intake manifold for the turbo, but are the hanger positions the same from all 94-01 years? if so maybe i can just get a pre-00 gsr catback and get ahold of a high flow cat from the same "era" and then just use that bolted to a 94-99 gsr kit?
or maybe i'm just crazy...
