How about an RSR exhaust? The sound is minimal and it looks pretty stock but performs as well as any other loud exhaust out there.

I would also recommend a Greddy SP2 because the piping is fully stainless steel and it is rather quiet.

You also have to keep in mind that the exhaust will be super loud when you are N/A but once the turbo goes on, it will silence it a lot.
