Ok guys thanks for all your help. But got the car fixed and she's back to her normal self . As I had assumed and some of you had said, what happened was that after the flat and driving the car for a few miles on it, as well as hitting a nasty pothole, that tire was all screwed up. Even though it looked quite normal by just looking at it. I took the car in to have it re-balanced and I explained everything to the guys. They said they'll balance it and see what happens. All three tires were good and balanced out until they got the tire in question. That tire had a huge "bubble" around the outside and the inside of the tire was much much lower than that outer wall. They said that most likely the inside sidewall or the metals in the tire might have broken down and/or deformed to form that odd bubble. They also said that it was a blowout just waiting to happen. The funniest thing was that when they took the tire off and rolled it on the floor, instead of basically going straight like normal tires to, this tire would make a left circle. The car was due for new tires anyway, so I just ended getting new tires and the car is back to normal. Thank god it wasn't any worse than just that tire.
