If you drove with it flat for a while the sidewall may be trying to break down. Check the tire to see if there is cracking around the circumference of the sidewall, or anything that looks significantly different than the other tires more than just scuffed up). It could be a blowout waiting to happen.
BTW, if you lost a clamp-on wheel weight you should see a dirty spot where it used to be.
