Just an addition to installation/cutting info. As it was mentioned before, shift lever is a hollow pipe, but there is a plastic rod that sits inside it. This is what is being pushed down for shifting to happen. After you remove stock knob you will notice that this palstic rod is about 1/4 inch longer then the lever itself. It sticks out above the edge of the lever. So, when I cut the lever I made sure plastic rod sticks out about the same length.
