ok the V/T Unmatch fuel correction is in % +/- 1%.... what does that mean

EDIT: i only got the V-AFC cuz i know if i didn't get it now i wouldn't ever probably get it... i'd be too into getting cams, intake mani, throttle body.... so now i don't have to worry about the V-AFC!!!!
