When my engine is cold and i start it up it goes all the way up to 2200rpm. I know the idle is higher when its cold but something annoying happens. Once it comes back down to 1800 itll go back up to 2K and it sounds like its bouncing off a freakin rev limiter. Itll bounce up and down 4ever until the car warms up. I hate startin my car up around people when the engines cold. Wuts goin on? Its a 94LS with 174K on it.
