You just need to make sure all the emission equiptment is hooked up (PCV, 02, EVP...etc.) for whatever OBD your motor is. You need to have the ECU verified by Honda/Acura that it is a US spec ECU (this is what gets most people) and cross your fingers that your NOX count is low because the Japan spec motors run a higher compression causing higher NOX numbers. Thats about it. Other than that, make sure you have all CARB numbers on the "modified" parts and hope for the best during the sniffer/dyno test.
