Okay so I finally got around to installing my evo2 yesterday and so far I am very happy with it.

but one of my friends said a cop pulled him over and said "non stock mufflers are illegal in VA" whereas I had never heard this.... so if anyone is from VA and knows the deal could you fill me in please?
