It kind of sucks how we hijacked this poor guys thread. I have learned that each individual referee looks for different things. There are some that are more strict than others. The reason why it is best to talk to a ref prior to testing is the fact that you will have an understanding of what that individual is looking for. Second guessing what someone is looking for by strictly relying on CARB stickers and information on the internet is just silly.
