i just bought a 99 3.2tl and when i turn on the a/c it makes a belt whining noice...can i fix it?

also when idleing i hear a clicking noise...is it the alternator?

and i think my steering damper is broke..it has new 18" wheels balanced and new brakes and rotors and all...?

also looking for good mods?
