No one gets in trouble, Ive never heard of anyone getting "caught" or getting in trouble for this. Its not hurting anything or anyone, and the effect it has on the environment? Please gimme a break, cars create under 5% of the worlds pollution, what needs to be controlled is factories and Industries.

If you think the CA laws are easy to ignore, you clearly have not lived in California. If you want to be informed about our laws, go the California Air Resources Board website at
www.arb.ca.gov.
Until then, go to The Basement forum and claim that there is no smog problem. Your argument will be ripped to shreds.
