when it comes to that theres a line between use and abuse and its usually the managers call to make. :wiggle:
if a button or a joystick stopped working or something along those lines they would have replaced it.
and I would have accepted that, and never bought the plan had I not been told multiple times that it would cover ANY damage physical or man. defect.
