It does have a valid CARB EO number stamped on it, but if you have a 99 GSR, it won't fit since it is made for the 94-01 LS and 00-01 GSR. You could make it fit by either having it modified for the longer 94-99 GSR cat, or by running a 00-01 cat.

I had a 4-1 Kamikaze (no carb number) I was somewhat skepticle about the name brand, but really dug the design of the 4-1. It tucked very well under the car and made good power too. I liked it. It was a decent header. Then I got pulled over, and most of you all know that story. So Shmoo, where's the 4-1 you used to have? Lying around in the garage maybe? Or did you sell it already? Just curious...what kind of header was it?
