If you supercharge your car, you get instant horsepower. Superchargers take less time to kick in so you get horse off the line. Turbos on the other hand have to spool, depending on which turbo you get it depends on how much spooling it does before it kicks in. From what I have heard if they make a supercharger for your car most people would get those, since they are instant horse. Now in my case I have a '94 and I like the blow off valve of a turbo. So I would get a turbo. I think turbos are becoming way more popular than superchargers. Hope this helps.
