My 2003 Honda Accord Has Only 35,000 Miles On It And There Had Been Paint Blisters On The Hood. Honda Replaced And Painted The Hood Free Of Charge. Apparently There Have Been Other 2003 Accords With The Same Problem. No My Car Looks Brand New.
