city cops are cool...but i HATE state troopers. I got a ticket last weekend cause one of them was hiding at just about the ONLY FREAKING mountain in TX on I-20. The cheap thing was that i was cruising down the mountain going about 80 in a 70 and i put the clutch in and rolled down in neutral. By the bottom of the mountain i was going about 90 and he tagged me....I WASNT EVEN ON THE GAS!
