I will simply re-iterate what was well-put by snoopy:
ITB's are ONLY for extremely high-rpm engines (which usually means the engines are built to take the extra stress), So putting them on a SOHC civic will do nothing but DECREASE the amount of power and torque.
Think about it, it's not rocket science, u don't put them on a street engine, running in the 1000-8000 rpm range... They are for rpms well above 8000, like CART or INDY cars and Sport bikes.

So, "Paull" then, since u disagree, how exactly does it help? They certainly don't provide low-end torque, and what they will add to the top-end, doesn't make up for what they've lost in the low-midrange... They are used on racing engines, that are continuously run at high-rpms, period.

Oh yeah, that graph that was posted above, LOL...
That's on 110 octane race gas...
