Does that shop warranty their work? Like the others said, it sounds like your timing may be off. Timing belt may be off by a tooth, maybe. As a last resort if you can't find any competent mechanics in your local area you may want to just bring your car to the nearest acura dealer and have their techs take a look at the car.

Oil change during timing belt change = not necessary. The only other fluid change they may have done at the time is your coolant, but probably only if they replaced your water pump.
