Well at least you have a sense of humor

Of course you are going to notice a difference if your old filter was bad.

The logic behind SCCA rules is you are only allowed certain mods in each class. Unlike NASA rules where you get points for every mod you had. I like SCCA because it's easier to police and find cheaters (or non-cheaters) whereas NASA rules it would be next to impossible to add up all the points in each of your competitior's cars.
