not necessarily, you can do it a little at a time, but there are some parts you need to do at the same time. You can run boost on a stock gsr, i'm in the works of doing that myself. I'm looking at the turbonetics kit, but I'm still in planning while i'm trying to finish saving the money necessary. Truely though it's possible to run about 8psi on stock internals reliably as long as you're not balls to the wall all the time!
