The bulb just looks really yellow when it's on, compared to the other one. When I removed it last night to check, I found the silver coating thing peeling off on that bulb. The bulb is still completely blue (or blue coated) up until the part where the silver is (or was).... The glass underneath the silver coating that peeled off, is not coated with as dark blue of a coating as the rest of the bulb and that's why I think it looks a little yellow when it's on. Cause the light is escaping from the non-coated part which is supposed to be covered....
Now I'm going to ask a rather stupid question....
Is there any way I can be CHEAP and somehow cover up the top portion of the bulb which was supposed to be covered anyway by the silver stuff to avoid buying new bulbs??
