Well to a point. There is honestly a point where you run into the limiting factors of the EMS. Because you do not have a very good vaccum source with ITBs, it is difficult to get MAP readings. What you need is an EMS that will allow you to discount MAP reliance, and replace it with TPS reliance.

That is, with ITBs you tune more for TPS position, instead of engine load, because you don't have a real good vacuum reference.
