Alright I got it. I made some measurements and now I am going to go buy the wood. Is there a certain kind of wood that is better than others or can I just go buy a sheet of pine wood.
Also when I have the box built is it better to put some stuffing inside of the box. Does this give it a better sound?

Those numbers are based off of .75" material. I have never worked with anything other than MDF. I suggest that. Buy a sheet of .75" MDF.
You dont need stuffing in the box.
