Yeah, I know which wire you are talking about. The problem is that I am running a wideband w/o a heater, so the ECU will be spewing codes at me once I go back to the stock map.

I am going to test my map with GSSR's P28 that he just bought and see if it is a problem with the ECU. I really think that there is a wiring issue if that doesn't work, though. After smog I need to completely rip out the blue box and solder everything up nicely to eliminate any voltage problems at the harness.
