As the title states.

My sisters car just started having a problem where the key will not turn on the car. it will crank but not turn on.

BUT

when you use the remote start; the thing fires right up.


My mom just told me this over the phone.

I wanted to know what procedures i should follow to diagnose this, or if you guys might know whats up already. lol.
