Default Do I need a Camber Kit?

When I bought my Accord it was already lowered. After much research I am pretty sure they are Sprint Springs with a 2.25" drop. I have noticed when I turn at slow speeds (less than 20mph) my tires squeal a little when it seems like they shouldn't (YES I have checked the tire pressure). I have Goodyear LS (stock size) on stock rims with about 50% life left. Now maybe I am still used to my 98 Prelude SH which could take the same corners at 40 without a sound from the tires. I still don't think that they should squeal so easily, which makes me think I may need a camber kit. How can I tell if my car already has a camber kit? Also I have noticed my steering wheel shakes when I go over 60mph. If I let go of the steering wheel it shakes fast from left to right like it is something in the steering but it still turns fine and everything. Thanks for any help!
