Yeah, my 90 Accord also had problems starting when hot sometimes. Then I read that the problem was in that relay mentioned earlier, which powers the fuel pump. All I had to do was remove the relay, open the casing for it, and reflow the bigger solder spots on it (reheat them with a soldering iron so it flows and fills in any tiny cracks). I didn't actually see any cracks in the solder spots, but that's probably because they only affected the car's starting when heated up (since metals expand when heated). Anyways, after doing this my car has not had this problem (it's been over 2 years now). Another thing you can do to verify that this is the problem - you should be able to hear the fuel pump turn on when your key is in the on position (not the start position). If you open your window, turn off any fans and the radio, you can hear the whirring sound of the fuel pump. It comes on right before you start the car to build up the fuel pressure. Replacing the relay will probably fix your problem (assuming that IS what the problem is), but you can probably save money if you just reflow the solder spots. Good Luck!
