and thanks Dave. I think I got it. I'm actually putting in a stock jdm b18c1 gsr engine and the only thing I dont' know is if its California Certified. I mean its not a direct replacement its an upgraded engine but its still a B-series engine from the same year. I still have a stock intake that's going in, stock intake and exhaust manifolds, same cat, probably same O2 sensors, so by the look it looks just stock 4dr GSR. In fact I did trade my rims for the 94-97 GSR rims so my car's gonna look full GSR. Man my car is old. But to be safe I should check in with the CA State Ref.
those things will only make it "look" like a regular GSR to "regular" people. those kinda things dont mean shit when checking to see what engine you have.
