I had a pair of Dual Halo Projector headlights on my car, and the EXACT SAME shit happened to me. Except i bought them new of eBay, instead of spending a shit load of money. Anyways, after a few months, some of the rings started flickering and getting dimmer. No matter how many times i tried to re-connect them, the same problem was there. I even took the car to an electrician who i knew, and he said that they were just shitty lights. Poorly manufactured. After a while, the rings just stopped working in one light, so i just disconnected the rings. Then after a while they started fogging up, once again a sign of poor manufacturing. I went to one of the local performance shops, and the guy there explained that it is very common with the Halo lights. They are so cheaply made that they never work more than a year, if that. So.....sorry to tell you, but you are trying to dump water out of a sinking ship. ITS OVER. Try to find some better headlights. I just went with some regular clear stock ones and threw an HID kit in there, which is much much more impressive than little rings.
