I replaced the perge solonoid and it still did that so I am guessing the charcoal canister is clogged. When emissions are about to come up(December 2006) I am going to get the canister replaced.
What ECU are you running with it and what OBD is the engine?
I know when I do the OBD2 to OBD1 conversion with my P72, it has issues idling when cold and unplugging the solenoid helps, but when I have the OBD2 ECU in there, everything is normal.
