I'm running the act xtss clutch on my setup, and its rough to ride around in traffic, but well worth it when it comes time to boost. I've heard that 6-pucks are hard on the tranny, which if you have the cash, i would pick something else up.

Correct, you want to go with the lightest clutch that you can get away with.
Example. running a 6-puck w/extreem pressure plate is overkille for a 250hp honda, while a street disk w/hd pressure plate is about perfect..
For your power though your going to need at least a 6-puck w/extreem pressure plate if not a 4-puck disk to hold that power.
You may have to even look into a twin disk.
I know my goal of about 450 (ish) whp and 300+ ft lbs is going to require a 6-puck and extreem pressure plate (ACT)....
I hate to say it for the sake of your wallet but a tildens twin disk may be in order for you if close to 500ft lbs is in your future.
