You can check what the trouble code is by jumpering the service connectror.

The service connector under the glove box. When you look under the glove box you should find a green plastic electrical connection with 2 electrical connectors plugged into it. The service connector is the 2 pin plug with a green/blue wire and a red wire.

The is a special SCS service connector that you can use but I found that a small cotter pin is just as effective. Basically you are going to short out the circuit.

Details are found in the Honda Technical Service Bulletin TSB 97-002. Basically with the ignition switch off connect your jumper. Turn your ignition switch on (II). The SRS light will flash and blink giving the diagnotic code.

There is a guy in this forum that has access to all these TSB and he is usually very quick at responding. He can provide the TSB in pdf format. It is probably already posted so do a search first.

I have a complete 95 Accord service manual so if can supply more specifics if required.
